The Spring2 Design Thinking Certification will give you the tools to understand end clients better, see your business through the lens of your customers, and provide greater value – giving you the tools you need to stay three steps ahead of your competition.
Throughout this certificate program, participants will be expertly led through each phase of the design thinking process and develop a deep understanding of the tools and methods applied to working with customers and internally. Various case studies and activities will ensure a deep understanding among the participants.
A workbook will be used to track learning and guide participants in applying concepts to a real challenge they face at work. To support this, coaching sessions will be provided, offering personalized guidance to refine strategies and develop effective solutions.
Completion of all modules, workbook exercises, and submission of applied knowledge will be required for certification. Upon evaluation, participants will be awarded the Spring2 Design Thinking Certification.
