This self-paced design thinking course was created for those working in government who want to be more resilient, effective, and efficient. Learners will gain the skills to better define challenges from a human perspective to improve decision-making and ultimately have a greater impact.
Introduction to Design Thinking is broken out into easily digestible modules that include instructional videos, downloadable reference material, examples of how design thinking has and can be applied in government, and activities. This course will introduce you to the five phases of design thinking and help you feel confident in applying a methodical design approach to creative problem-solving at work.
