Throughout this certificate program, participants will be expertly led through each phase of the design thinking process and develop a deep understanding of the tools and methods applied to working with customers and internally. Various case studies and activities will ensure a deep understanding among the participants.
A workbook will be used throughout the program to guide and track learning. Once the workbook, all modules, and submission of the application of knowledge are complete, participants will be evaluated and then awarded the Spring2 Design Thinking Certification.
