This certificate is for individuals and teams who want to learn how to understand and solve complex challenges, get the right products to market, and develop a deep understanding of their customers. Anyone responsible for product development, HR or transformation initiatives, driving innovation, growth, or improving customer experience should attend.

This program offers 20 hours of instructor-led learning spread over 5 days across 5 to 6 weeks.
The sessions are divided into two parts: Days 1 to 3, followed by a 5 to 6-week break for participants to work on their assignments, before reconvening for Days 4 and 5.
